Welcome to the 10th world conference of the Taiga Rescue Network in Rättvik, Dalarna, Sweden, from September 8th to 12th 2010.

The biodiversity and eco-services of the boreal forests, like in most of the worlds’ forests, is at stake due to industrial forestry, climate change, mining, hydrogen power, road building and many other causes. We need to take care of the world’s forest resources in a far better way than at present. Most stakeholders are well aware of the problems – let us look for possible solutions!
